To achieve ERAS® Qualification, a hospital must complete the ERAS® Implementation Program (EIP) and use the ERAS® Interactive Audit System (EIAS) — to demonstrate sustained compliance with ERAS® protocols over time. Qualification is awarded by the ERAS® Society. It is earned through structured implementation, measurement, and demonstrated improvement in protocol adherence and patient outcomes.
