Encare’s Intellectual Property Rights cover all legal protections for Encare’s intellectual creations, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and design rights. These rights may exist under statute, common law, or equity, whether formally registered or not. Any user of Encare products and services is required to respect and comply with these rights.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, available on or through the Encare website (e.g. ERAS® Interactive Audit System (EIAS) and E-learning platform) is the property of Encare AB or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of any content on the Encare website, including reproduction, modification, or distribution, is strictly prohibited without Encare AB’s prior written consent. Using Encare’s name or trademarks without express permission, including in meta tags or hidden text, is also prohibited.
