Encare is a Swedish healthtech company with global presence (customers in 30 countries on all continents) that daily help hospitals to improve their patients Enhanced Recovery after Surgery (ERAS®). Encares’ product currently offers best in class for implementing ERAS® all around the world and has shown in a plethora of peer reviewed papers to improve patient outcome, reduce length of stay, complication and readmission rates in connection with major surgery in unprecedented ways. We are currently on an ambitious growth trajectory and are looking to strengthen our customer development team that are working mainly with enabling our current and future customers to maximize their benefits from our solutions.
In this role, you will in the initial phase be in charge of a specific assignment that will include hospital customers and internal work consisting of project management with several teams (sales, operations, tech) that will be an excellent way of understanding the different parts of the company. In parallel to this assignment, you will be introduced and operationally responsible for customer development initiatives such as analyzing and prioritizing current and future business opportunities with customers and industry partners. This work will be initiated by company management, be supervised by the Head of Customer Development and executed together with our customers and in close collaboration with other internal teams.

Preferred background

  • 2-3 years work experience in a fast paced working environment. Preferably management consulting or small/midsize product oriented company.
  • Experience working with healthcare and hospitals is a big plus.
  • This previous work experience touched at least two out of three areas: business, tech/product, health/lifescience.
  • Completed university Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Great communication skills in English and high proficiency in working with presentations and spreadsheets.
  • Interest in working with customers and internal teams in the intersection between business, health and technology.
  • Stockholm based (work is hybrid though).
