Charlotta Gummeson has broad leadership experience within the healthcare sector, with a strong background from senior roles in global pharmaceutical companies, such as GSK & Astellas, covering Sales & Marketing, Communications, and Business Development. She has worked across multiple therapy areas, building deep insight into life science, technology, and adjacent sectors.
In addition, she brings experience from investment management, focusing on equity capital and the growth of innovative companies, and as CEO of one of Northern Europe’s largest life science and technology parks, where she established an internationally recognized innovation ecosystem connecting research, industry, and capital.
Through her combined expertise in healthcare, investment, and innovation management, she contributes broad strategic insight and governance experience to the board of Encare AB.
